In respect of the Act on the Protection of Personal Information, we strictly handle customer personal information to ensure its protection.

① To execute session contracts with customers and provide subsequent aftercare.
② To respond to customer inquiries, requests, and applications.
③ To send notices and information from our company.

<Terms of Membership>

Article 1 (Scope)

These terms and conditions apply to all services provided by our company.

Article 2 (Membership System)

1. Members shall complete the enrollment procedure after agreeing to these terms and conditions.
2. An enrollment fee of 10,000 yen (excluding tax) is required upon joining. Except in cases attributable to our company, enrollment fees are non-refundable.
3. Members are obligated to pay training fees prior to receiving services.

Article 3 (Reservations and Cancellations)

1. Changes or cancellations of reservations must be communicated via official LINE or email by 8:00 PM on the day prior to the scheduled session.
2. Cancellations or changes made after the above deadline will incur a charge equal to one session fee.
3. Arriving more than 15 minutes late without notice will be treated as a cancellation.
4. Even in the event of late arrival, training will be provided for the remaining time of the scheduled session. However, exceptions may apply if prior arrangements have been made with us.

Article 4 (Session Tickets)

1. Session tickets are valid for one year from the date of purchase.
2. Tickets that have expired or remain unused after cancellation of membership will become invalid.
3. Except in cases attributable to our company, tickets are non-refundable.

Article 5 (Suspension and Revocation of Membership)

Our company reserves the right to suspend or revoke membership in the following cases:
* Trouble or disputes with other members or staff
* Damage to facility equipment or property
* Any other actions deemed inappropriate by our company

Article 6 (Personal Trainers)

Trainers are not strictly assigned to specific members. However, we will accommodate member preferences whenever possible.

Article 7 (Disclaimer)

Our company shall not be held liable for accidents, theft, or disputes between members during facility use, except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence by our company.

Article 8 (Changes to Terms)

Our company reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions within the scope of applicable laws and regulations.
Any changes will be announced in advance and applied provided they do not unreasonably prejudice the interests of members.

Article 9 (Miscellaneous)

1. A reissuance fee of 500 yen (excluding tax) will be charged for lost membership cards.
2. Corporate members are permitted to share tickets among employees.
3. Any matters not specifically covered in these terms shall be determined separately by our company.
